Mirna Čužić was born in Zagreb but now she lives and works in Dubrovnik, Croatia. She is a fitness trainer, a licensed Pilates instructor and a senior physical conditioning trainer of athletes (Fitness Trainer Study Center at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb). She has over 12 years of experience in running group training programs (Boxing Fitness, TRX, Pilates, Aerobics) and giving personal training sessions.
Mirna has competed in athletics from a young age, later on participating in Tae Kwon Do and IFBB bikini fitness competitions. She enjoys spending her spare time doing all kinds of boardsports (windsurfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding), taking long walks in nature and cooking.
She has channelled her passion for martial arts and high-intensity training into her own concept of recreational training – Cross Combat by Mirna – that merges martial art and functional training elements into one unique training program.
Her main area of interest and career development as a trainer include physical conditioning of children and young adults, as well as individual and group programs for women which bring together martial arts and functional training elements.
Along with her career in sports, Mirna has a Master Degree in Economics (Marketing and Management), and rich experience in the field of beauty, health, and wellness tech.
